What is the structure of our sessions?
Each session last for a about an hour, The first half of the session will be dedicated to going through an introductory course in Mindfulness found in the Waking up App. Following a period of discussion, the rest of the session will be allocated for pure relaxation time.
Do you need to come for every session to benefit?
Not at all! Mindfulness doesn’t have to be a linear journey. Whilst we encourage members to come for sessions, the course material is comprehensive enough that you can benefit at any stage.
What level of experience in meditation do I need to join the club?
This course was developed in such a way to be useful for anyone regardless of their expertise.
How frequent are the sessions?
The initial plan is for the group to meet weekly. However, this is subject to change depending on the groups demands.
